Objective of this new role (m/f) is on the one hand to identify opportunities through global Commercial Insights and Reporting and on the other hand to implement a proper and effective Perfect Store execution across all OFP sub-teams through analytics projects. To make sure the OFP organization focusses on the right priorities the role will lead and streamline the global reporting efforts and provide key Commercial Insights. Further, the role will execute projects to ensure through the line execution of the OFP strategy and be a facilitator through hands on Best Practice Analytics Projects. These use cases should be prepared for broader implementation based on business priorities of the new sales strategy and a rigorous data analysis.

Conduct Analytics projects with country teams
Liaison with Global Analytics Lab and Data Science department
Follow up on implementation with country teams
Execute and present monthly and quarterly international sales reporting
Support strategic sales initiatives with specific management reports
Prepare analysis for Business Planning and respond to Adhoc requests
Support the development of analytical capabilities in Sales (e.g. Statistics, Data Base management, Visualization)
Share best practices from the Commercial Insights department
Organize Sales Analytics meetings
Support global sales workshops
3 years FMCG experience, preferably beverages
Experience in international Sales Business Insights, Category Management or Consulting with strategic and implementation experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Nielsen, SAP BI, BO and Tableau knowledge, SQL or R is a plus
Process oriented approach and understanding of sales processes
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Proven people and stake holder management
Performance and result oriented with a hands-on pragmatic approach
Excellent communication skills orally and in written; team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.687,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
