Our production management's team job is to make sure a production is made and delivered as smoothly, efficiently, safely, within budget to the designated deadline. They are involved in every stage of a production from initial planning, budgeting, schedules and of course people. They are involved in contract negotiations and have an oversite during and after final delivery that all contractual obligations are met. To further grow this team, we are looking for a Head of Localization & Special Projects.

In this exciting role, you'll establish, manage and take over responsibility for the entire localization process within Red Bull Media Network on a global level. This includes selecting and managing one or more global vendors and act as the go to person for all Red Bull country organisations in regards to localisation of content.
Furthermore, you'll manage special projects in the area of production models, best practice, technology production innovation and other strategic tasks.
Pre-production is all about planning, breaking scripts or editorial briefs down and creating production schedule and detailed budget. Once approved sourcing and penciling these resources and negotiating contracts is essential.
Production is all about the detail, producing production schedules and maintaining the budgets. It's crucial to make sure all legal requirements are complied with during filming including copyright laws and union agreements.
Post-production is all about the delivery, keeping on top of post-production, making sure all rights and permissions have been obtained. Additionally, finalizing all cost delivery for final production folder and show.
You'll strategically drive and develop localization as a day to day business for our company. Therefore, you'll work with various departments involved in the process of localizing program in different ways and languages - from subtitling to voice over and LipSync.
You'll develop and manage special projects in close alignment with the content department and various other stakeholders.
Together with your manager, you'll be involved in driving the business further with the overall goal to build a global media network for our company.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2540 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
