The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction and management of projects in relation to the expansion of the Red Bull Consumer Products Global Business directly and through designated project managers, ensuring consistency with established processes, consistency across projects and stakeholder satisfaction. In this position your tasks include to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. Furthermore you are the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and project execution. This includes coaching, mentoring and guiding the project managers to a successful completion of their committed projects.

Organize the PMO in such a way as to provide the most efficient use of the project managers and project leads focusing on the on-time delivery of the project backlog while meeting stakeholder expectations.
Manage projects directly and in doing so: define and track project scope, goals, schedule, budget, risk and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Set priorities for project managers and resource managers to aid them in solving the day to day resource conflicts.
Coach project managers in such a way as to help them be more efficient with their time, control stakeholder's expectations, report accurately on the progress/forecast and manage risk as they come and go on the project.
Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Maintain stakeholder relationships which allow for an escalation process when the project manager is not able to meet the stakeholder needs.
Report on the overall status of all projects on a continuous basis. Report on "troublesome" projects on a higher frequency basis, emphasizing changes being made to improve the progress and get the projects back on track.
Identify resource needs in the PMO which go beyond the project managers and project leads.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.768 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
