      Technical Senior (SaaS) Product Manager



      Die ready2order GmbH wurde im Juli 2015 in Wien gegründet und beschäftigt rund 40 Mitarbeiter.

      Das cloudbasierte Kassensystem zählt in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz bereits mehr als 5.000 zufriedene Kunden aus allen Branchen.

      Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Systemen ist die Registrierkasse das Kernstück, an welches zahlreiche Applikationen wie Onlineshop, Controlling, Warenwirtschaft, CRM u. v. m. einfach angebunden werden können.

      About this position

      The product and development team at ready2order is responsible for creating, enhancing and optimising our client apps (POS, ERP). We also take care of shipping new features, bug-fixing and optimising our UX and multiple internal processes.

      Bootstrapped with an old-school PHP and jQuery website by two students in 2012, we are currently refactoring and migrating our whole system to a secure, maintainable and scalable architecture. We are also adopting new technologies like React in the frontend, and rewriting our backend to a API first approach. Respectively we prepare our infrastructure to transform our SaaS application to an high-end PaaS product.

      Our stack includes:

      • Hardware (All-In-One device, payment terminals, printers,)
      • Web application (analytics, POS, ERP,...)
      • Mobile POS apps (IOS, Android, Windows)
      • Software management (agile development - continuous integration)
      • Project management (Trello, Jira, Confluence)
      • Development (LAMP-Stack)

      Main responsibilities

      • Requirement collection relying on customer feedback (customer centric approach)
      • Coordinate, prioritise and monitore new feature releases and bug fixing together with our main stakeholders (CEO, COO, Developers)
      • Plan the product roadmap and carry out the companies product vision
      • Market research in an analytic and holistic way
      • Document your ideas and processes and build your own knowledge base
      • Continuously communicate product changes with marketing, sales, customer success and development department
      • Oversee the product commercial success
      • Be responsible for transforming our SaaS application to an agile PaaS product

      Your preferred profile

      • At least three years professional product management experience working on a SaaS B2B-product
      • At least a Bachelor degree in business administration (with extensive technical knowledge), computer science or informatics
      • Familiar in teaming up with developers working with our stack (named above)
      • Enthusiastic about leading the transformation from a SaaS application to a scalable PaaS product
      • Experienced with Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, Burn-down or similar software/process management
      • Strong communication, management and team working skills
      • Willingness to travel up to once a month (exhibitions, stakeholders, integration partners)
      • Native in German (verbal and written communication with our German speaking customers)
