      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Develop mixed-signal concepts of new circuits using high level tools like Matlab
      • Get firsthand responsibility fo r the transistor level design of new circuits in advanced CMOS technologies with the latest generation of design tools like Spectre, VHDL-AMS and Fast MOS simulators
      • Closely cooperate with physical design engineers chip architects, wafer technology engineers test engineers and application engineering
      • Technically lead and coordinate the project development team
      • Share knowledge with other analog and digital design experts at Infineon
      • Mentor junior designers and students

      Our requirements don't always stay the same: Due to the changes in specifications, customer requests or markets we have to react fast and flexible - and therefore we need your creative thinking and agility. To keep a cool head even if there are multiple different projects on your desk, you are used to structure work packages and prioritize accordingly.

      These qualifications make you our top-candidate:

      • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
      • 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal design
      • Hands-on experience in data converter design
      • Experience with Matlab as a plus
      • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
