      The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). The Senior eCommerce Manager will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the e-commerce strategy, including product modification, designing promotions and marketing content.

      • Manage Online Store

      In this position, you'll be actively managing the online store including the listing of all current and future products. Another aspect of the role will be to source the chosen product line and to monitor e-commerce inventory and communicate deficiencies with the Operations team.

      • Marketing

      In this exciting role, you'll develop and execute a shop marketing and integrated promotional strategy. You'll ensure content and photo updates relating to product revisions and keep up-to-date with current online product development trends.

      • Analytics

      You'll not only be in charge of tracking and growing sales and providing regular sales reports, but also with reporting on performance of site and sales. Creating yearly forecasts with inputs from Planning and Demand Generation and refining to completion is part of this role as well.

      • Collaboration

      You'll work cross functionally with the Marketing and Operations team to drive digital sales and create a seamless online experience for our customers.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • 9+ years working experience in the field of ecommerce/multichannel sales & marketing, b2c experience
      • Understanding of retail
      • Entrepreneurial thinking/ keen interest in developing businesses
      • Experience in leading a team
      • Interest in fashion and sport is an advantage
      • Detail-oriented, well-organized and analytical way of working
      • Creative and pro-active personality
      • Hands-on-mentality and team player
      • University degree in the field of economics, business, marketing, IT or similar working experience
      • Fluent written and oral English Skills, any additional language a plus

      Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1847 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
