      The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). The eCommerce Customer Performance Manager is responsible for the growth and performance of the majority of (paid) traffic to our online shops.

      Areas that play to your strengths

      • Manage Channels

      You will maximize sales net of ad spend generated through relevant (paid) channels. Managing performance of Paid Search, Shopping Comparison Engines, Affiliate programs, Retargeting Channels and Red Bull owned sites is another part of this role.

      You will decide on how to best run these channels, prioritize them according to the best return, work on improvements and share your results.

      • Chase growth

      The eCommerce Customer Performance Manager will pursue growth in new areas, seek out new channels and test them. You should identify and test new ways of driving traffic to our shops. You will own, understand and improve the interplay of channels and push our digital sales channels to new heights.

      • Collaborate

      In this role, you will collaborate with several other departments including Operations, Marketing and IT. This will include supporting site promotions, communicating channel and product category performance, responding to feedback, supporting Omni-channel initiatives and communicating tech needs.

      Working with (external) partners to overcome roadblocks and to identify new opportunities will be part of this role as well.

      • Analyze and Report

      Another exciting aspect of this role will be the usage of Google Analytics to improve reporting, event tracking and gain other insights. You will build, update and improve reporting to track the performance against the set targets.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      9+ years working experience in the field of ecommerce/multichannel sales & marketing

      Understanding of retail and strong entrepreneurial drive

      Experience with Google Analytics

      Interest in fashion and sport is an advantage

      Detail-oriented, analytical, pro-active personality

      Hands-on-mentality and team player

      • University degree in the field of economics, business, marketing, IT or similar working experience
      • Fluent written and oral English Skills, any additional language a plus

      Travel up to: 25%

      Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1847 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
