In your role as Customer Experience Data Quality Specialist (m/f) you will analyse and profile the quality of customer information in the IKEA Customer Master database and use this to create the single view of the customer and translate the outcomes into actual business impact and actions to improve. You will map and advice on data flows and dependencies in our solution landscape from an end-to end perspective, and optimize our landscape by for example setting business rules, managing change requests, testing new data flows and match and merge customer profiles from various systems. You will measure the performance of KPIs and report on results. As a Data Quality Specialist you will steer the country data quality agenda cross the organisation and promote the importance of good data quality for IKEA in a multi-channel retailing environment.
For this full-time position (38.5 hours / week), we offer a gross yearly salary starting from EUR 35.000,-- , which is above the collective agreement for commercial employees. We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
