      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Create and maintain hardware implementation specifications (HWDDs) based on requirements coming from products or internal stakeholders
      • Be the interface to the concept, design-for-test, verification and top-level integration engineers
      • Be responsible for digital design tasks (VHDL/SystemVerilog coding)
      • Use defined sign-off methodology on the digital design

      Profile

      You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You have an agile mindset and the ability to deal with ambiguities. High-quality standards are part of your daily life. You act fast and strive for continuous improvement.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Telematics with focus on electronics
      • 8+ years of digital design and semicustom flow experience
      • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
      • Good knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog
      • Experience in architecture and IPs design is a plus
      • Proficient experience using simulation on RTL and gate-level, synthesis, equivalence checking, CDC
      • Knowledge of SystemC, mix-signal design, STA as a plus
      • Good knowledge of Unix programming languages such as shell, Perl, TCL etc.

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
