      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Design high performance RF/analog circuits for RF frontend products targeting mobile phone applications. The products include RF CMOS switches, LNAs, passive filters and related analog building blocks based on cutting edge RF CMOS and silicon bipolar process technologies.
      • Co-design chip and package using 2.5D / 3D EM simulators
      • Perform Lab Verification of prototypes and act as interface to Component Verification
      • Support the Design-In process at customers
      • Work in an international team

      Profile

      You generate value with your ideas and solutions and demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people. You think analytically and result-oriented, have a structured and self-driven working, even when under pressure. You have strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks with colleagues and clients.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
      • Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus (or willingness to learn German)
      • 4 years and more experience in designing RF circuits and analog building blocks based on RF CMOS or silicon bipolar process technologies
      • Ability to work autonomously
      • Reliability, responsibility and solution orientation
      • Flexibility and the ability to manage your time

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment groups G - H (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
