      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Define the product- and chip-architecture for the digital core of our LiDAR products
      • Assess feasibility and estimate costs
      • Technically lead within cross-functional Teams
      • Interact with Marketing, Application Engineering and Product Development
      • Align technical solutions with customers
      • Analyse and define requirements for new technologies and products
      • Create and review patents

      Profile

      You aspire to achieve outstanding results with a passion and take the initiative and overcome difficulties in the pursuit of your targets. You generate value with your ideas and solutions and communicate openly, clearly, and coherently.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Applied Physics or comparable
      • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor business
      • Experience in system modelling using SystemVerilog and/or Verilog/VHDL or similar
      • Understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC design and behavioral modeling
      • Experience in functional safety according to ISO26262 as a plus
      • MS Windows/Office and Unix skills
      • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
