      In your position, you are responsible for technical support for Alpla plants and customers commissioning new tools and machines incl. Peripherals and provide assistance in process optimization and problem solving for the core technology IM - PET, as well as startup support for new plants.

      Your main tasks include:

      • Technical support for Alpla plants and customers, including commissioning of new tools, machines and peripheral equipment
      • Assistance in process optimization and trouble shooting for the core technology in IM-PET and startup support of new plants
      • Project-related foreign assignments in ALPLA plants worldwide
      • Technical assistance in ALPLA plants and possible support for customers
      • Education and training of employees or ALPLA customers
      • Support for departments at headquarter for process technical issues
      • Use and test documentation

      Your competencies and qualifications

      • Completed technical training - technical apprenticeship, college or HTL
      • Experience in Plastic Industry would be an advantage
      • English, written and oral. Any other language would be an advantage
      • IT knowledge (Word, Exel, PowerPoint)
      • High flexibility and high willingness to travel
      • Open and communicative personality
      • Openness for new cultures

      Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 26.000,-- EUR gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
