      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Ensure that the project is executed in compliance with internal rules and regulations
      • Proactively manage changes to the existing project agreement and transparently communicate these to project stakeholders
      • Actively manage project risks together with project stakeholders
      • Understand and manage technical interdependencies
      • Form, guide and motivate diverse, cross functional project teams
      • Actively manage your key stakeholders in an international environment
      • Ensure project deliverables are aligned to internal and external customer requirements
      • Be responsible for the whole project life cycle including project definition, planning, execution and project closure of system projects consisting of hardware, firmware and software components

      Profile

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • a degree in electrical engineering, micro-electronics or related studies
      • 8+ years of relevant work experience in the field of semiconductor products, thereof at least 3 years of leading projects
      • in-depth project management knowledge
      • hands-on experience to select, scale and combine the appropriate project methodologies and tools
      • experience with managing complex project situations and are able to communicate these to senior management levels
      • good intercultural competencies and communication skills, and can bring your messages across with your excellent English skills

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
