      Job Content:

      • Lead analog design team
      • Guide the team on analog and mixed signal design flow and methodology
      • Enable team for state of the art analog / mixed signal circuit design
      • Ensure proper review culture throughout the whole design process
      • Active participation in product definition and specification phase
      • Mentor direct reports and review technical performance
      • Support test development and high volume rampup of products
      • Support design in activities and customer prototype builds
      • Drive chiplevel verification methodology
      • Support the Director for the planning and execution of projects and resource allocation
      • Support the Director in the hiring process
      • Deploy proper lab evaluation, and ensure high quality reporting

      Key Performance Indicators:

      • Take responsibility for NFC products and drive leading edge solutions
      • Meet agreed goals under pressure

      • engaged, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team player

      Skills & Experience:

      Required:

      • Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in analog mixed signal design
      • Proven track record on having one products in high volume production
      • Capability of layout judgment (matching, parasitic, latchup, ESD)
      • Excellent analytical skills
      • Excellent communication skills
      • structured in your way of working
      • open to new ideas and have an creative attitude
      • taking initiative to spot and implement improvements
      • willingness to travel

      Desirable:

      • Proven record of team management
      • Experience in NFC /RFID

      Qualifications:

      • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering

      NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 70.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
