To accomplish this challenge, we are looking for a Digital Product Specialist (m/f) at the Red Bull Media House's headquarters in Salzburg/Austria.

      • In a nutshell

      You want to contribute to the overall product vision and strategy? As Digital Product Specialist within the global Product Management team, you will take over the management of some of the core components of the Red Bull Media Network. Currently, those are the management system, Editor App and the Featuring App, which are the network's content backbone. You`ll deliver on product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

      • Understanding business needs & requirements

      In this exciting role, youll work with business owners and key stakeholders to translate business demands into user journeys and features. Youll develop expertly defined requirements, identify and manage dependencies. Additionally, you´ll define success & acceptance criteria as well as quality measures. Moreover, you´ll foster a user-centered mind-set through user tests, user feedback, analytics, research and benchmarking.

      • Roadmaps & Backlogs

      Another interesting aspect of your job will be the definition, delivery and management of high and mid-level product roadmaps. Therefore, youll plan towards maximizing user & business value and manage priorities & backlogs accordingly. Youll transform requirements into specific epics, stories, and tasks as well as constantly groom the product backlog as the backbone of product enhancements. Furthermore, you`ll leverage rapid iteration and focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP).

      • Collaboration & Execution

      You enjoy collaborating and driving effectiveness of cross-functional teams? Youll work together with diverse teams in business, analytics, design, product, and engineering. Additionally, youll liaise with and manage external suppliers and build a trusted partner/supplier network. Youll deliver end-to-end, on-deadline and in-line with agreed strategies and processes as well as UX, brand and legal guidelines. If needed, youll act as a product owner in agile/scrum product development or project owner in conventional product development.

      • Communication & Support

      Moreover, youll a ct as key contact and guide, youll advice and support users (countries, colleagues and external partners) in utilizing the digital products effectively. In addition, you`ll communicate product enhancements on a regular basis along with a solid documentation

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Minimum of 2 years` work experience in a multi-national environment (preferably in the media environment) or in a similar dynamic field
      • Outstanding product management experience and skills
      • Compelling portfolio of successfully managed online/media platforms
      • Passion for media, digital products and services
      • Passion for sports, music, events
      • Strong understanding of the (digital) media industry
      • Experience in product and project management
      • Entrepreneurial / start-up experience is a plus
      • Web development and/or UI design skills beneficial
      • Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
      • Creative, innovative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results
      • Show team spirit
      • University degree in multimedia technology, interactive media, media design/technology or a related discipline
      • Fluent in English; German is a plus

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
