      Tasks

      • As the Service Manager you act as the link between the customersEUR security team and the A1 Security organization.
      • You are responsible for named customers regarding service delivery and Quality.
      • You Monitore service level agreements and take corrective actions, if necessary.
      • You regularly meet customers to discuss security incidents and defined measures.
      • You integrate customer requirements to improve and enhance own service Portfolio.
      • You continuous improve services by handing over customers feedback to the Security architects service owners.
      • You closely collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams.

      Requirements

      • 3+ years experience in the area of IT operations or IT service Management
      • Certificates in service management (ITIL) are an Advantage
      • Fundamental understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies and Providers
      • Strong customer orientation and service design
      • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, adept at concise communications on management Level
      • Experience with most popular operating systems and network infrastructure
      • Understanding of common scripting languages

      Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG is EUR 43.694,14 . The actual annual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
