      A Day in the Life

      We offer you a position where you will have responsibility for the Neurosurgical and Ortho/Trauma business with the complete C&S product portfolio management (EnablingTech, Therapy, Capital, Services), this within Austria. You will have P&L responsibility and lead a local team.

      Your tasks

      • Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for the country and product lines
      • Orchestrate resource planning of the sales clinical and service specialist team
      • Recruit, manage and lead a team of sales clinical and service specialists
      • Manage qualification of all team members
      • Support the sales organization in securing and closing strategic and key accounts and negotiating larger deals - with close collaboration with the RTG leader
      • Coach and develop team members

      Must Haves

      • Professional education or degree required in e.g. business studies, medicine or natural sciences or similar
      • Proven track record and several years of experience in selling innovative and technical products
      • Very good and proven people management and strong leadership skills
      • Business fluency in German and English - written and spoken
      • Convincing interpersonal and communication as well as negotiation skills
      • Natural ability to spot business opportunities with business management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
      • Strong sales process management skills with analytic and strategic strengths
      • Ability to learn quickly and to develop new skills in a fast changing environment
      • You are highly committed and pro-active in driving change - you see yourself as a driver with a can do attitude

      Nice to Haves

      • MBA would be a plus
      • Knowledge of the hospital market
      • Used to work in a matrix structure

      An attractive salary package with a target income of minimum EUR 90,000 will be provided for this role - with some flexibility, depending on qualification and experience.
