In this exciting role, you will properly coordinate and schedule all aspects of postproductions with a focus in audio, including working with clients, production and agencies. Additionally, you will ensure that all productions are delivered on time, screenings are scheduled and notes, such as briefings, are prepared and distributed to the relevant team.
As a Post Production Coordinator, you will ensure that postproductions run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay within budgets. You will also overseeing and organizing schedules and timings as well as monitor ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities include, scheduling and coordinating flow of work within departments as well as developing (post)production workflows.
Furthermore, you will act as administrative and office management support and collaborate with Post Production Managers.
Four years of experience in TV production companies or agencies
Knowledge of TV and motion picture production techniques
Strong interest in audio postproduction
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team but also independently
The ability to prioritize and cope with last-minute changes while under pressure
Initiative, flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
