As Executive Producer, you will d evelop, manage and oversee production of high quality live Entertainment, Culture and Adventure programming for a digital audience on Red Bull TV and Red Bull owned social channels. You will oversee the development of non-live opportunities & properties associated with Live events, such as short format content or shoulder programming, in conjunction with the Non-Live team.
In this role, you will find and vet suitable production partners to produce live events that have been identified and/or developed by the live team.
You will look for new, enhanced, and innovative ways to deliver a high quality live broadcast with the latest in cutting-edge technologies and broadcast techniques.
You will management of complex live broadcast and on site post-production set ups.
To motivate and guide producers and senior producers to achieve new levels in production standards for Red Bull TV.
In addition, you will manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and projects.
Moreover, you are responsible for ensuring that the production partners can achieve editorial needs and vision for a global Red Bull TV broadcast with suitable budgeting and planning.
Another exciting aspect of this role is representing the live department with external clients professionally, forging strong relationships.
15+ years work experience in live broadcast television, preferably with Executive Production experience
Management experience with production partners and of a small team of producers
Extensive television editorial experience and high competence in live and non-live programming
Vast knowledge of the international media landscape
High leadership & communication skills
Ability to cope in an ever-changing environment
High-level organizational skills
Used to managing a high workload

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1690 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
