      Job description

      In your new job you will be responsible for:

      • Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months period
      • Planning and maintenance of target stocks on the basis of stock range objectives agreed with the business divisions: global and full responsibility for stocks of semi-finished and finished goods for the respectively assigned product range
      • Optimizing delivery performance and related customer satisfaction in collaboration with Customer Logistics (CLM): this covers independent verification and improvement of deviations from the requested customer dates and quantities
      • Monitoring of delivery commitments of the global production locations (front and backend) for the respectively assigned product range
      • Fine-tuning the production programs in consultation with the Capacity Alignment Planner; this also includes coordinating the possible production routes and implementing allocation decisions
      • Implementation of ramp-up/-down plans and realization and coordination of planned production changes in consultation with Ramp-up Management
      • Responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of the logistics-related basic data, such as standard delivery time, service level code, allocation flag, etc.
      • Preparation and processing of supply chain-related special topics such as preproduction, production relocation, special customer programs
      • Key user for supply chain processes and/or supply chain IT systems resp. training and induction of new employees
      • Participation in projects and task forces in the area of supply chain processes, supply chain tools and change management including implementation of the decisions made in the project within his or her own organization
      • Coordination of demand and capacity planning with the Business Demand Planner for the next 18 months as part of the monthly volume forecast
      • Coordinate the use of production flexibility within the local Supply Chain organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planner to support short-term capacity improvements
      • Independent creation and presentation of management reports

In addition, you are personally committed to customer's concerns and award them a high priority. Your strong problem-solving skills and flexibility enable you to remain focused on solutions and to act cooperatively even when under pressure.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university master degree in business administration (or comparable) ideally with focus on Supply Chain Management
      • > 5 years of dedicated experience in Supply Chain Management
      • Leadership competence and motivated to go the extra mile
      • Very good English and German skills
      • Very good knowledge in MS Offic e, esp. in Excel, SAP know-how as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group G-H ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
