      Job brief

      As a Sales/Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for managing suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple markets, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers/customers.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop, lead and execute sales and purchase strategies for his/her markets
      • Coordinate within the team if a better price is available on other markets
      • Communicate with executives and gain approval for purchasing contracts with new or existing suppliers
      • Continuous comparison of suppliers to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed goods
      • Communicate with suppliers/customers and to ensure a timely and correct delivery of the trade
      • Maintain a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals
      • Forecast demand for certain products and place orders accordingly

      Requirements

      • Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, sales manager
      • Familiarity with sourcing and customer management
      • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
      • A knack for negotiation and networking
      • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
      • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
      • Strong leadership capabilities
      • BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
      • Languages :
        *For Bulgaria Key Account Manager: Bulgarian Mother tongue level (essential), proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered
        *For Japan Key Account Manager: Japanese Mother tongue level (essential), proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered
        *For Malaysia Key Account Manager: Malay Mother tongue level (essential), proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered
      • CRM Knowledge
      • Knowledge of and skills in Microsoft Office

      The minimum salary for a 38,5 hours week is EUR 1.636 as per collective treaty.
      Salary and other benefits will be discussed depending upon qualifications and former experience individually
