      Job Description

      In this role, you are a part of the Kitchen Appliances Organization in Austria in the area of digital (connected devices, applications and services).

      You are responsible for

      • Working closely with Product Owners to help scoping the releases.
      • Assessing the impact of upcoming features and enhancements to facilitate successful release planning.
      • Understanding the rationale behind the requirements.
      • Providing a valuable sense-check using knowledge across the whole backlog to future-proof decisions.
      • Creating project plans and actively drive project in the areas of timing, budget and quality.
      • Driving necessary privacy/security/legal assessments.
      • Releasing the developed products with accompanying documentation.
      • Guiding the team throughout the product development cycles (specification phase, prioritization and implementation)
      • Actively evolving the way of working together with the team by refining our processes, including tooling etc.
      • Facilitating direct communication between the sub-projects during the development to ensure quality of the full solution.
      • Using open and honest communication to engage, get buy-in and bring people with you.

      As a Project Manager, you will prepare and implement digital projects in multi-disciplinary areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing. You will play a critical role to manage the project team and coordinate among the sub-projects. The projects you will be handling are innovative, multi-site and complex projects with big project value.

      To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

      • Good knowledge of I2M (Idea to Market) process with proven expertise to contribute to I2M products/systems
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team
      • Experience of working with teams in using an agile methodology. (We broadly follow Scrum with small tweaks depending on the nature of the work)
      • Track record of creativity, innovation and pragmatism in a technically challenging environment.
      • Examples of success in managing complexity, ambiguity and prioritizing competing interests.
      • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
      • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and business view point.

      The minimum yearly salary is equal to EUR 59.598.- / gross with willingness to overpay. The actual annual income is commensurate with the market, your qualifications, and experience.
