      Our customer provides innovative software and hardware solutions for GPS tracking devices and is the European market leader in this field of business.

      Your future role

      As Customer Excellence Teamlead (m/f) you lead the customer service team and manage the three areas Customer Communications, Content Management and Quality Assurance. Also, you evaluate the customer feedback in order to develop measures and actions to optimize the product portfolio and the service performance. Furthermore, you keep an eye on the ticketing system and are responsible for the results and goal achievements of your team.

      Desired qualifications

      • Academic background in IT or Economics
      • Professional experience in a similar position
      • Leadership experience
      • Know-how of a support ticketing system (Zendesk) is an asset
      • Excellent command of English

      Salary range

      Minimum salary
      EUR 2800 gross/month (on full-time basis)

      Actual salary
      Between EUR 2800 and EUR 3500 gross/month according to qualifications and experience.
