The Global Project Management Office (GPMO) leads efficient and sustainable project implementation by not only monitoring projects but also actively contributing to and leading them - bringing people and ideas together under both local and global frameworks. Because our product line is expanding, there has been a significant increase in project complexity and interdependency.
The GPMO & Assistant to the Global Product Manager will work together with talented project managers to achieve growth targets and make the product line the undisputed market leader. Leading by example, the person in this position will strive for improvements across a wide range of areas, and foster a cross-functional collaboration culture and mindset that is driven for continuous improvement.
Using methodology know-how, initiate and drive projects to add and create value - thinking globally and acting locally. To do so, this role will ensure that KPIs and GMPO standards are met through advanced project management skills. This includes the implementation of improved processes, sharing of best-practices, problem-solving, effective coordination and adding new ideas to the project pipeline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management required: Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience starting at EUR2,870 gross per month as based on wage structure agreements.
