      Job description

      In your new job you will:

      • have g lobal responsibility for all R&D projects (project owner) of the fast growing and innovative product segment '3D imager'
      • Lead the product segment together with the respective product marketing manager
      • Interface to system partner
      • Define, decide and deploy targets and KPIs in the area of product development
      • Execute product roadmap and drive decision making wrt to roadmap definition
      • Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness through a high level of knowledge and experience

      You have a driver mentality and passionately aim for results by motivating others for your targets. As a true team player you are aware of cultural differences, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact successfully with various stakeholders.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • a Master´s degree in electronic engineering, physics or similar
      • Experience in management of R&D projects in the consumer industry
      • 10+ years professional experience
      • Hands-on experience in development/design of analog ICs
      • Profound system understanding for 2D and 3D-imaging solutions
      • Strong technical skills combined with program management, operational and deployment strengths
      • Good communication and moderation skills
      • Fluent in English
      • Ability to travel frequently

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
