      In your new job you will:

      • Develop and optimize process blocks in terms of performance and cost
      • Manage and execute technical and economic feasibility studies
      • Plan, coordinate and analyze process experiments
      • Specify unit process requirements
      • Support and coordinate unit process development in our production lines
      • Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies

      As a team player you set the direction in your field of expertise and cooperate across boundaries by recognizing and using different areas of expertise and skills. With your independent working style you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations.

      These qualifications make you our top-candidate:

      • A Master´s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Sciences, Process Technology or similar with focus on semiconductor technology, solid state physics or thin film technology
      • Experience with unit processes, understanding of the significance of process variations during production and how to minimize them in a process flow
      • 1-3 years of experience in power MOSFET process integration or technology development is a plus
      • Fluent English skills and basic German skills are required

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
