Vetrotech Saint-Gobain International AG is an international leader in the production of fire protection, safety and high performance glass for buildings and marine. Having grown successfully in the market over many years, Vetrotech - with headquarters in Switzerland - has several production sites in Europe and overseas as well as sales offices and its own test laboratories for safety glass.

For our brand new Sales School* we are currently searching young, customer oriented people with a flair for sales & marketing. You have a degree in economics or a technical degree and you are fluent in German. French skills or other language competencies are an asset. You like to work with MS office and willing to learn new ERPs.
The Vetrotech Sales School* is divided in 3 parts - the aim is that in the end you are ready to take over an exciting sales or marketing position within our organization.
The first part contains first of all a deep session in one of our fabrication sites. Starting then in the sales area, you will be trained in and sooner or later take over responsibilities over customer service (by email and telephone), establishment of offers (including technical verifications with customers and fabrication sites), calculation of prices, customer administration, follow-up of customer files from the offer until sending out to the customer, collaboration with outside sales engineers.
Workplace: Aachen (DE) or Steyr (AT) - we are addressing to people from anywhere in Europe that fulfill the described requirements, however, if you are from Germany or Austria, you will not necessarily start in your home country .
Starting date: 01/09/2018
Duration: overall 18 months, 3 modules of 6 months each
Salary: according to V.I.E. standards
*The Vetrotech Sales School is an 18 month traineeship program that offers people at their beginning career an insight in the different aspects of sales. You will join first an inside sales / customer service team, then an outside sales team and finally our international marketing team.
