      Job description

      In your new job you will:

      • Develop and improve complex test solutions for new products being responsible for the quality of the developed test packages (test coverage, stability, costs)
      • Drive the implementation of the test functions on automatic test equipment (ATE)
      • Effectively debug and characterize the test packages and transfer the test packages to manufacturing sites
      • Support and solve test package related problems within manufacturing
      • Independently plan test engineering specific project topics and coordinate these with project managers

      As a team player you set the direction in your field of expertise and cooperate across boundaries by recognizing and using different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. You work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and keep up high quality standards for yourself and other people.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or a comparable degree
      • At least 5 years of experience within semiconductor test development
      • Deep know-how in semiconductor mixed-signal-testing (ATE) (e.g. Teradyne)
      • Good knowledge of DFT (design for testability)
      • Programming skills in VBA and/or C/C++
      • Fluent English language skills - with German being an added plus
      • The ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results
      • Team spirit and willingness to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams
      • Analytical thinking and problems solving skills
      • Willingness to travel and attend trainings
      • Proactive, open-minded and autonomous working style

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group H ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
