      Area of Responsibility

      • Drives together with the project team and Site Leadership Team the implementation of the NOSSCE (Novartis Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence) principles on site.
      • Lead the local implementation of Manufacturing Resource Planning according to NOSSCE principles, processes and metrics
      • Establish and facilitate the local project governance and manage the task teams' deliverables
      • Facilitate the successful NOSSCE certification within the approved timeline
      • Responsible to monitor and assess current process/performance against the defined project plan
      • Work closely with the Site Head and Site Leadership team to drive and deliver A-Class performance
      • Identify and communicate global NOSSCE requirements to sustain performance achieved
      • Leads the site monthly progress update providing an accurate and realistic project status
      • Provide NOSSCE training sessions and supports the execution of the annual training plans
      • Member of the Site Leadership Team


      Education: B.Sc. University degree, MBA preferred or Certified IQP
      Languages: Fluent command of English (spoken & written), knowledge of German is an advantage
      Experience: Broad knowledge (minimum 5 years) in SCM field experiencing different managerial levels and accountabilities as well as knowledge in core processes of ERP systems (SAP); Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management and Data Management. Experience in similar positions; Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred. Exposure to change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least EUR 59,156.16 per year).
