Ensure that the Sales Development Representatives and Sales Executives are on target by being hands-on and helping to close deals
Develop and rapidly increase the sales team and the corresponding revenues Go to market, cross-selling, product pricing, etc.
Take part in the management board and work on improving the business with a solid business / sales input

Fluency in English is required (proficiency in other languages is desirable)
A qualified candidate should have knowledge of the software industry (ideally SaaS)
A minimum of 3 years relevant sales management is required
You have a confirmed track record
