Provide support to existing Italian OR German and English speaking users on a daily basis
Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client's expectations
Develop the customer account by selling more functionalities and services

You have 2 years of experience in a customer support / account management role
You are looking to work on the phone and by email
You are motivated to bring value to the company
You have excellent verbal and written Italian and English OR German and English (good command of French / Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory)
