      Account Manager f/m

      Ihre Aufgaben

      • Provide support to existing Italian OR German and English speaking users on a daily basis

      • Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client's expectations

      • Develop the customer account by selling more functionalities and services

      • Take part in internal and external projects for the growth of the company

      Sie bringen mit

      • You have 2 years of experience in a customer support / account management role

      • You are looking to work on the phone and by email

      • You are motivated to bring value to the company

      • You have excellent verbal and written Italian and English OR German and English (good command of French / Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory)

      • You are adaptable and have great interpersonal skills
