      (Junior) Sales Controller

      To strengthen our Finance Beverage Team we are looking for a Junior Sales Controller in our Headquarter in Fuschl am See. As part of the Finance Area Sales organization, you act as a business partner to the International Sales teams. In this position together with your business partners, you will be responsible to carry out the quarterly planning process and the reporting of cost centers and global key accounts. Furthermore, you are responsible for the global month end closure, planning and reporting of volumes and turnover. The ideal candidates have already collected first Controlling experience and are ambitious to further develop their career within the Red Bull Finance organization.

      Areas that play to your strengths

      • MONTH END CLOSING / REPORTING / ANALYSIS

      Prepare weekly global sales reports

      Run month end closing routines including reconciliation of the internal systems

      Analysis of global sales, trade expenses and sales indirects

      Coordinate monthly accrual process

      Perform ad hoc calculations

      • PLANNING & FORECASTING

      Coordinate the global business plan/revised estimate data collection and data entry

      Coordinate timings and input needed during the budget process

      Reconciliation of internal planning systems

      • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

      Business partner for the International On- and Off Premise teams for cost planning and reporting

      Reporting and budgeting process of global key accounts with the global key account management

      Support system entry of international agreements including the matching of customer invoices

      • GENERAL SALES CONTROLLING

      Support further development of global pricing and promotion tools

      Ensure quality of customer profitability analysis throughout all Red Bull organizations

      Increase global sales controlling know how via finance academies

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      First relevant Finance experience ideally as a Sales Controller is an advantage. ( Depending on qualification and experience, the scope of the role can be extended for candidates to be hired as a Sales Controller.)

      Knowledge of the FMCG industry beneficial

      Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment

      Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and cross-functional teams

      Result and performance oriented

      IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (ERP - SD, FI, COPA / BI / Hyperion, etc)

      • University degree in Business Administration/Finance
      • Fluent English

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
