      Areas that play to your strengths

      (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)

      • Support in the implementation of the Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) strategy

      • Support the test and future roll out of Dynamic Creative Optimization through Red Bull's Global ad Servers

      • Support the team in guiding the local markets and provide learnings from the DCO for proper implementation

      • Work together with the creative team for an efficient asset management within the DCO strategy

      • Support the continuous activation and maintenance of Red Bull's Digital Management Platform (DMP)

      • Support the flawless ingestion of 1st & 2nd party data into the DMP from all & relevant properties

      • Support 3rd Party Data integration into the DMP

      • Generate DMP pixels for local markets when requested

      • Support the global digital advertising operations

      • Work with countries to ensure flawless delivery of advertising trafficking with the Red Bull campaign identification code

      • Work with Red Bull's Global Ad Servers on efficient and optimized campaign set up

      • Gather Digital Advertising learnings

      • Leverage learnings from existing campaigns to provide guidance for local markets in tracking & optimizing digital campaigns

      • Support local Brand Managers and Digital Specialists with advertising technology best practices and guidance for leveraging ad tech

      Your experience includes:

      Passion & interest in emerging technology

      Analytical ability as well as interpersonal skills

      Strong ability to communicate across organizational levels and with different cultural backgrounds, quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently

      High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values

      An entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate 'best practices'

      • University Degree in Digital Marketing or in final years of studies
      • Fluent in English
