      Head of Strategy Development & Project Management (f/m)

      Your tasks

      • Lead & develop the Strategy Development & Project Management unit of the bank
      • Coordinate and manage bank-wide business projects
      • Shape and implement the business strategy, reporting directly to the Board
      • Act as innovation driver and change manager for the core business lines
      • Act as role model for fostering project management and business analysis skills and mind-set throughout the organisation
      • Run feasibility studies and design sustainable business cases together with Business and IT departments
      • Drive impact assessments and gap analysis for business development projects and initiatives
      • Gather, analyse and specify functional and technical requirements begin-to-end


      Our requirements

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial services or Consulting industry as project manager or business analyst, ideally
      • Experience in leading a team efficiently
      • Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets business (preferably equity trading and sales, equity derivatives, structured products)
      • High ability to manage complexity, structure and prioritise interdependent tasks
      • Ability to work under time pressure, in a reliable and accurate manner
      • Team and stakeholder orientation with very high communication and social competences
      • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
      • Business fluent in German and English

      We are legally obliged to mention that this position is paid according to banking collective agreement on the basis of EUR 2.681,53. Of course an appropriate and attractive overpay¬ment according to work experience and qualification is provided.
