      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Setup and conduct electrical measurements on 3D-Imaging sensor prototype ASICs, including data analysis, interpretation and review of results with respect to product specifications
      • Define and realize measurement setups and test benches for lab characterization and verification of 3D-imaging sensors
      • Conduct post-Silicon verification measurements on chip-level and block-level, to ensure full functionality, performance and reliability of our developed semiconductor products
      • Analyze measurement data and generate measurement reports
      • Closely cooperate with the connected development departments such as concept-, design-, application- and test-engineering, as well as with the project management

      This job is suitable for full- and part-time.

      Profile

      You demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people and communicate openly, clearly, and coherently. Furthermore, you take the initiative and overcome difficulties in the pursuit of your targets.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Telematics, Electronics, or related studies
      • Excellent knowledge in fundamentals of electrical engineering, electrical measurement technology and, beneficially, in microelectronics
      • Strong focus on quality
      • Passion for electronics/electrical measurements and hands-on work in the lab
      • Beneficially, expertise in the field of Optical Metrology (CCD/CMOS detectors) and Measurement Automation
      • Good skills in Matlab and LabVIEW
      • Fluent Englis h and basic German language skills

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
