      We are looking for a Site Time Scheduler (m/w) to join our PROJECT & SITE MANAGEMENT Department in Graz, Austria:

      Your Tasks

      • Analyzation of progress updates and changes to enable project stakeholders to obtain an accurate assessment of the current site installation status and a reliable forecast
      • Timely coordination of all interfaces with the various design, purchasing, installation and commissioning departments/entities
      • Establishment of detailed installation, commissioning, start-up schedules
      • Preparation of periodic schedules and progress updates
      • Analysis of critical paths and timing of deviations
      • Creation of recovery plans together with contractors and internal parties
      • Organization of progress and time schedule meetings with internal and external parties
      • Development of templates, tools, and processes for site installation
      • Communication and interacting with internal parties in case of time critical issues in the project

      Candidate's Profile

      • Willingness to travel worldwide (~75-100%)
      • Technical college or university
      • Experience as time scheduler at construction sites
      • Excellent understanding of and dealing with foreign cultures
      • English level C1

      Our Offer

      We offer you a very independent and diversified function.

      We are legally required to state a gross monthly salary of EUR 3.558,55 for this position. Depending on qualification and professional experience, we do however offer a market-conform pay!
