      The Program Management Officesupports the R&D program/project managers and functional managers in applying critical project management tools and processes such as project/resource planning, project monitoring & control. It also performs analytics forresource planning and pipeline management and prepares data for the yearly Portfolio Management Process.

      In addition to above the Project Support Officeris responsible for maintaining the quality of master data in the PRM systems (Project and Resource Management) as well as in the cost accounting system (SAP).

      A major assignment is the definition, implementation and provision of data-based and meaningful reports, which support R&D management in recognizing need for action and making good decisions.

      Project Support Officers alsoconduct tool- and process-trainings for program/project managers as well as for functional and line managers in R&D.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Specification, implementation and provision of reports and dashboards
      • Performing data analysis based on management requirements
      • Conducting trainings for R&D program/project managers and functional/line managers in using project management tools and processes
      • First- and second-line support for project management related tools
      • Administration of Master data in the RPPM tool
      • Data quality monitoring and assurance

      Your Profile:

      • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
      • 2-5 years of workingexperience in a similar position
      • Advanced knowledge with MS Excel 2016, Power Query, PowerBI and PowerPivot
      • Excellent knowledge in MS Office 2016 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
      • Knowledge of Scripting languages and VBA for MS Office would bebeneficial
      • Practical experience in analyzing and optimizing Project Support Processes
      • Knowledge of ERP system (ideally SAP)
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Accuracy & ambition to deliver high qualitative results
      • Analytic capabilities
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Ability to work on tight deadlines
      • English (fluent in spoken and written)

      NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 45.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
