Product Manager for Hyperspectral Technology (m/f)
We are looking for a male/female employee to create and maintain problem-solving solutions, based on our products, and for customer service and training.
Who are we?
Perception Park is located in Graz, Austria and is a very well known innovator in the field of industrial Hyperspectral Imaging. We enable our customers to see chemical properties of materials invisible to the human eye. This creates new opportunities in industries like recycling, food processing, quality assurance, health care and many more. Our customers are distributors and industrial companies that implement challenging optical inspection tasks based on our technology.
Hyperspectral technology allows contactless sensing of molecular fingerprints of objects and materials. Questions such as "is the apple sweet or sour" are answered by generating, processing and possibly displaying image information.
This technology has become commercially viable through Perception Park's Chemical Color Imaging technology, which interfaces with the recording technology (hyperspectral cameras) and the customer Application development is used.
What is your task?
You are an important service contact for our international customers in strong collaboration with our software development department
You maintain and extend our public knowledge base (wiki.perception-park.com)
You collaborate in development of new applications, implementation, SW test and commissioning
You will provide trainings to our customers
What requirements are associated with this job?
You have in-depth technical education in physics, electronics, automation or computer science
You have a customer-oriented appearance and are able to work independently
You love to communicate and are solution-oriented
You have good German and English skills
You have team spirit and motivation
You are used to traveling
