      About us

      The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a non-profit association, registered in Austria. Based on the engagement of volunteers, the EANM aims to promote nuclear medicine on a European level and beyond. The EANM is running an office in Vienna for the administration of the association, its activities and subsidiaries.

      We are now looking for a new Accounting & Payroll Accounting staff member, essentially ensuring the daily bookings, controlling of incoming and outgoing invoices and all necessary steps for the personnel recordings.

      Therefore, we are looking for a person who:

      · Is verifiably qualified in Accounting/Bookkeeping

      · Is well experienced with Microsoft Office

      · Works independently and has high communicative skills

      · Works in a structured and efficient way

      · Has a working experience as accountant of >5 years

      · Ideally, is experienced in accounting/bookkeeping and payroll accounting software and communication with financial authorities & health insurance entities

      Your primary duties and responsibilities may contain:

      · Incoming and outgoing invoice management

      · Monthly Payroll Accounting Management

      · Account assignment together with the project managers

      · Communication with third party suppliers for necessary corrections

      · Personnel recordings

      · Communication with the respective financial authorities

      · Liaising with tax consultant and external auditors

      · Ensuring the correct offsetting of all internal entities

      · Leading and updating regularly the cash books

      What we expect

      · Very good to excellent English skills (in speaking and writing)

      · Very good to excellent German skills (in speaking and writing)

      · High affinity to numbers
