      We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

      • Responsible for the implementation of HR business objectives with management and employees for the defined support areas
      • Implementation of the HR strategy within the assigned business units in line with our short-, medium- and long-term corporate goals
      • Planning and implementation of specific HR initiatives and programs in cooperation with the HR managers in our Centers of Excellence
      • Participation in strategic personnel planning including performance management, succession planning, employee recruitment as well as personnel development
      • A key person to improve industrial relations, develop initiatives and encourage employee engagement
      • Active support of change processes
      • Advice and support for employees and managers in all HR matters and labour law issues
      • Active participation in various local and global HR projects of business units
      • Support and realization of our Health & Safety strategy and goals within the supporting business units
      • Constructive design of cooperation with our works councils
      • Demands​
      • Degree in economics with focus on human resources management
      • Relevant and several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial company
      • Practical experience in modern HR organizations with Centers of Excellence and HR Services in local and global environments
      • Good understanding of business as well as positive experiences of the influence HR management can have on company results, employee motivation and organisational development
      • Development and expansion of strategic relationships with internal and external partners
      • Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational development, performance management, labor law and change management
      • Very good knowledge of German and English
      • Strong communication skills, high social competence, negotiation skills and assertiveness​
