YOUR TASKS
\ Maintaining and expanding the network with partners, authorities and suppliers
\ Interface & coordination with production and marketing to ensure product, label & packaging conformity in different markets
\ Preparation and precise filing of documentation to national and international authorities
\ Quality control of all stages from sourcing until the products are in the shelves
\ Managing pre- and post-applications requests
\ Taking into account the relevant legal environment and providing regular updates on changes in relevant legislation
\ Organisation and lead responsibility for production audits and certifications
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS...
\ Experience in regulatory affairs & quality control manager within the pharmaceutical, biochemical or cosmetics industry
\ Experience in cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle accessories industries
\ Completed Science, Business or Legal degree (minimum Bachelor, advantage Master or MBA) and a strong understanding of regulatory processes
\ US background or work experience in the US is an advantage
\ Attention to detail - when writing e-mails, quotations, Excel calculations, and when filing documents
\ Sound experience in administrative work, structured and analytical way of working
\ Excellent English skills (in speech and writing), excellent German is an advantage
\ Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers as well as mental and time flexibility instead of 9 to 5 thinking
\ Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity, professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
