Stack Holdings GmbH is a Vienna-based Software-as-a-Service portfolio company run by the brother's Paul and Julian Zehetmayr. Stack Holdings products are used by over a million customers worldwide and currently include ZeroSSL, eversign and invoicely.

Our story

We are a privately owned, fast-growing tech company based out of 1010 Vienna. In early 2015 Julian and Paul Zehetmayr, two brothers and Co-Founders, started building a diverse set of well-performing, highly scalable micro-service APIs to help businesses and developers around the world automate complex processes, such as currency conversion, file conversion and different types of data validation. In the course of almost seven years, the brothers scaled their portfolio to a total of 20 market-leading API products and over a million customers all around the world. In late 2020, apilayer was acquired by the Texas-based technology giant Idera, Inc.

In 2016, the Zehetmayr-brothers expanded their reach into the Software-as-a-Service market, building invoicely, the now market-leading online invoicing platform, eversign, an advanced eSignature platform leading the European e-signature industry, and ZeroSSL, the first-ever intuitive and subscription-based provider of SSL certificates. Together, these three SaaS products serve a total of one million customers globally.

What to expect

Customer Success is one of the most critical parts of our workflow. Joining our team will allow you to connect with customers and make sure they are getting the most out of their experience with our products. You will find answers to their questions, solutions to their problems, and demonstrate the value of our products at the same time. Besides, you frequently present potential clients with the advantages our products come with and work on upselling existing customers, or even closing deals with large corporations around the world. In collaboration with the development team, we are also constantly improving existing products step-by-step and filling up the backlog with bug reports and new ideas. If you have a tech background, you can also dig into API related tickets and work together with one or multiple developers to help our clients set up one of our products in an automated way.

Who we are looking for

We are a small, but highly skilled team of 24 people based in Vienna and London, and we are always on the lookout for great talent based in or around Vienna. At the moment, we are looking for somebody to take on a role as our Customer Success Lead for our main office in downtown Vienna. You will join an experienced team and take over responsibility for supporting our existing Customer Success team, currently consisting of two colleagues.

Your person

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Customer Service in IT
  • Business fluent in English
  • Expert in technical topics and/or previous programming experience
  • Expert in using Zendesk or any other state-of-the-art CRM system
  • Good Knowledge of modern communication tools like Slack
  • Good Knowledge of modern organizational tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Understanding of Software-as-a-Service as a business model
  • Solve problems independently, work carefully, organized and precisely
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for the detail
  • The willingness to learn and excel on every level
  • Continuously and autonomously improving your knowledge
  • Ability to consistently find ways to solve our customer's requests, adept at adjusting "on the fly" to meet customer requirements
  • Team-player, only all together we can reach inbox zero.

For this position, the salary starts at 44,660 gross per year.
Our final offer will depend on your skills and experience.
