Order Processing (Software Licenses) (m/w/d)

Altova(R) is market leader for innovative software development tools and server software for XML, JSON, SQL and many other internet standards.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in the heart of Vienna, responsible for the efficient processing of orders for our software licenses. If you possess strong communication skills and have a keen eye for detail, you might be the perfect fit for our Order Processing role.

Order Processing for Software Licenses

Full-Time (part-time possible 30-38,5 h/W)

Your Responsibilities:

* Assist customers and reseller partners with queries related to licensing, pricing and order options.
* Ensure timely processing of incoming orders from our online shop and reseller partners.
* Verify and process orders within our automated order processing system.

Your Profile:

* Proficient in both German and English at a B2 level or higher.
* Strong skills in order processing, particularly for online orders.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Attention to detail and a readiness to learn new processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary

The collective agreement minimum salary is 2,473.00 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The actual salary amounts to 3,000.00 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid. The collective agreement Informationstechnologie, Datenverarbeitung (IT) applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off for full-time employment.
