Regional Sales Manager North Italy

Travel Activity: 80%

We are a leading global player in innovative foam solutions, is expanding its presence in Northern Italy - and we need you to drive this growth!

As our Regional Sales Manager North Italy, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our business in the region. You will be responsible for developing our network, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and securing new business opportunities in the furniture and bedding industry.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
* Create additional yearly growth by actively seeking out new prospects.
* Establish a strategic approach to sales in North Italy, as the key driver for business success in the region.
* Serve as the bridge between our various plants in Austria and Romania and customers in North Italy.
* Be on the road visiting customers, attending meetings and ensuring close contact with the market.

Your Profile

* Long-term experience and network in the Italian furniture, bedding industry, or related supplier sectors.
* Highly independent and motivated, with the ability to set and achieve goals without direct daily supervision.
* Willingness to travel extensively across North Italy and occasionally abroad.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to turn prospects into continuing customers.
* Native Italian speaker with fluent business English skills.
* A degree in Commercial, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
