How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

* As a Key User you will be closely collaborating with our international & national sustainability departments
* You will serve as a link between the business and IT departments
* You will be supporting the international and national sustainability teams in transforming system landscapes and implementing process changes
* Your tasks include optimising, documenting, and analysing new and existing requirements, processes and systems
* You will be responsible for testing and end-user training
* In addition to your core responsibilities, you will support end-users with questions related to technical issues and business processes

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

* As a Key User, you have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a similar discipline
* You ideally possess 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* You possess business-fluent English skills
* You have a passion for sustainability and are interested in new digital solutions
* You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mentality
* Your reliable, structured, and independent way of working is a strong asset

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
