Your Tasks

* Analyzing, optimizing, and redesigning supply chain processes with a focus on integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain planning solutions, and cross-functional planning governance
* Driving the implementation of planning processes, including technical solution design (e.g., planning tools) and supporting the rollout in the country organizations
* Harmonizing, developing, and supporting the country organizations in implementing new planning and reporting processes, tools, and systems
* Designing governance structures to ensure consistency and compliance in planning and reporting processes across all regions
* Supporting the development and execution of reporting and analytics capabilities to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making
* Collecting and prioritizing improvement demands
* Approval of local change requests regarding supply chain process topics
* Documenting and preparing knowledge-sharing materials and best practices with other countries
* Active networking with SCM colleagues in the countries - enabling cooperation with them and among each other

Your Profile

* Completed education with specialization in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management or similar studies
* 2 years of professional experience (experience within manufacturing industry is a plus) in the area of order processing, supply chain planning/S&OP process, and/or reporting and analytics
* Strong IT affinity, especially good knowledge of SCM-relevant SAP modules (SD/PP/LE); experience with planning tools and reporting systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Power BI, SAC) is a plus
* Project management and change management experience is a plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional language is a plus)
* Structured and organized way of working, combined with a flexible mind-set (experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence/Jira is a plus)
* Proactive work attitude, goal-oriented, straightforward, and plain-speaking
* Appreciation of working with multicultural teams in an international multi-site production company
* Willingness to travel on a project basis

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 2.639,73 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
