Our client is a fast-growing international company in the field of electric mobility, with more than 400 employees in 10 countries.
To further expand its network of modern, large-scale fast charging stations for electric cars, we are looking for a passionate Senior Architect in Switzerland (m/f/x) who wants to actively contribute to a greener future.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, support, and develop the location design team in Switzerland
- Act as the strategic Design Director for the Swiss location portfolio, tailoring solutions to meet local needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to refine and validate design approaches
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, including external authorities and internal teams
- Work closely with the expansion management, construction management, and public affairs teams
- Continuously improve the team's working methods by optimizing design workflows and ensure efficiency and quality
- Encourage your team to work with new tools and innovative methods
Your Profile
- Degree in architecture from ETH or an equivalent university, or HF/FH degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture, infrastructure design, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Revit or similar programs
- Knowledge of Swiss building codes, permitting procedures, and regional requirements
- Able to communicate with government officials and regulatory agencies
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail in design
- High motivation to drive forward the energy transition and lead teams to meaningful, real-world successes

* Salary: From CHF 100,000 gross per year, an overpayment is possible and depends on qualification and experience.
