We are currently expanding our sourcing reach in Ukraine and are looking for a trustworthy recruiting partner / agency to help us identify great candidates for a major rail & industrial technical hiring project in Austria. Your role in the project:
- Active sourcing (databases, networks, LinkedIn, communities)
- First screening (basic fit, motivation, availability, language level)
- Shortlisting & presentation (CV + short summary)
- Candidate communication
- Willingness to organize German language courses for candidates
- Recruit candidates in Ukraine and neighboring countries for jobs in Austria
How we work:
- ISG shares role briefs, must-have criteria, and target profiles
- You source and submit shortlisted candidates (CV + key details)
- ISG manages client-side steps
- We align regularly to keep priorities and pipeline clear
Ideal partner profile:
- Recruiting experience in technical / skilled trades / industrial roles
- Solid candidate networks in Ukraine + proactive outreach mindset
- Reliable communication and quick turnaround
- Fluent English & German
- Rail sector experience is welcome, not required
