We're looking for Lead architects to join our Brno or Prague office!
Welcome to our studio, founded in 2010 by Ondrej Chybik and Michal Kristof. Over the years, we have grown into an international architecture and urban design practice with offices in London, Brno, Prague, and Bratislava, and a team of over 70 colleagues. As we expand, we're looking for Architects to join us, contribute to a variety of international projects, and help us challenge conventions while bringing fresh ideas to life.
About the Role:
●Design Development: Support the translation of conceptual ideas into detailed plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring both aesthetic and functional quality.
●Technical Execution: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards, while staying true to the design vision.
●Quality Assurance: Take part in design reviews, maintaining accuracy, creativity, and alignment with project requirements.
●Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
●Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and reports to support project milestones.
About You:
● Master's Degree in Architecture and/or Urban Planning.
● Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience.
● Strong design skills and creative courage.
● Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign; experience with Rhino is a plus.
● Fluency in English.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
