KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Consumer & Retail Sector - Warsaw (m/f/x)
Our client is a global European market leader in circular economy systems for the retail and consumer goods sectors. Driven by new EU regulations, their proven and innovative technologies are currently being rolled out across Europe and the USA, ensuring dynamic, long-term business growth. In this strategic role, the position holder will act as a trusted advisor to key retail stakeholders, deliver technical product demonstrations, and manage the full B2B sales cycle for advanced capital equipment - from strategic account planning to contract closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become a solution expert and trusted advisor to customers
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle including RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contract closure
- Create account-specific commercial agreements, pricing, and discount structures
- Work cross-functionally to support successful customer outcomes.
YOUR (IDEAL) PROFILE
- Degree educated (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred)
- Proven B2B sales experience within a technical or capital equipment environment
- Key account management and consultative selling experience
- Grocery retail sector experience is advantageous (but no must have)
- Full driving license
